General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance Statement

On May 25, 2018 updated data protection rules were implemented for the European Union (EU). PharPoint Research, Inc. has committed to remain in compliance with these updates to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As such, PharPoint Research has updated its Privacy Policy to ensure the proper handling and protection of personal data.

PharPoint’s updated Privacy Policy includes key components such as how we handle data, types of data we collect, how we handle data breaches, retention and deletion of data, and data portability. Additionally, PharPoint has performed an impact assessment on current company policies and procedures for GDPR compliance.

Lastly, PharPoint has established an internal committee that will continuously assess our services in order to maintain compliance with GDPR. This committee will be responsible for evaluating new and existing policies and practices that will govern PharPoint Research’s data protection and privacy processes.
