Mr. LaCroix is responsible for growing client relationships and driving new study and project awards through coordination with the functional directors.
Additionally, he enhances the strategic placement of PharPoint Research in the marketplace and works to identify value-added partnerships to provide customized solutions for clients. With 20 years of industry experience and a background in academic research and international patient recruitment, Mr. LaCroix has worked with numerous service providers to better their RFP processes and develop guidelines for strategic relationships. While at PharPoint, he has secured a variety of new partnerships including a customized, short-notice and overflow service relationship with a major biopharmaceutical client. Mr. LaCroix is a founding Advisory Board member for the Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation and an active industry speaker. He earned his MBA from Duke University.
