PharPoint Research, Inc., an innovative drug development service provider offering expertise in project management, clinical monitoring, data management and biostatistics services, continues its support of the UNC Lineberger Cancer Center by attending the recent inaugural Blue Ribbon Gala, a black-tie event highlighting the cancer center’s advancement and achievements in cancer research, diagnosis, and treatment.
“PharPoint Research is very passionate about the fight against cancer, having been very involved in many oncology related pharmaceutical clinical trials since the company’s inception.”, stated Art Holmes, the President and CEO of PharPoint Research, adding, “PharPoint is committed to the fight against cancer, both in our work and charitable endeavors, and are excited to attend this event and represent the company with one of the leading cancer centers in the country.”
Art Holmes and his wife Debra have been members of the UNC Lineberger Board of Visitors since 2012, an advisory board dedicated to fundraising and communication outreach for the center. Debra Holmes, a cancer survivor, is also very involved in the N.C. Cancer Hospital’s Patient and Family Advisory Board, whose mission is to strengthen collaborations between patients, family members and caregivers and the N.C. Cancer Hospital’s health care team. PharPoint Research has been very generous with its time and resources to support the Holmes’ participation with both of these advisory boards.
