Employee Commitments

Learn more about the commitments we make to our employees in DE&I, career growth and learning, work-life balance, and giving back.

Diversity and Inclusion

PharPoint’s greatest assets are the people who make up our organization, and inclusion and diversity are sewn into our very fabric.

We encourage and empower our team members to make a lasting impact on our organization as well as the world through the research we do. To do this well, we foster a culture that is unconditionally inclusive and, in return, ask that our colleagues contribute all their diverse perspectives, ideas, and experiences towards one common purpose: To Improve Global Health.

PharPoint requires and holds our colleagues accountable for the following:

  1. Team members are to act professionally and appropriately internally and externally.
  2. We do not discriminate based on age, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religious or political affiliation.
  3. We do not tolerate hate speech, hate groups, or any opinions that demean, marginalize, or minimize our fellow humans.

Career Growth & Learning

When our team can grow and develop their skills and careers, everyone benefits.

At PharPoint, you and your manager will develop your professional goals. With regular 1:1 and performance check-in meetings along with support from your manager, you will stay on track for continued growth in your career.

PharPoint is committed to employee growth and development. We offer a variety of personal, professional, and technical training via instructor-led sessions, self-paced courses and lunch and learns. Your learning journey starts on day 1 with employee onboarding.

Work-life Balance

Finding a work-life balance that’s right for each individual employee based on their personalities and expectations from work is important to ensure a happy, productive work environment.

To support this, PharPoint offers:

  • Flexible hours
  • Remote/hybrid work schedules
  • Generous Paid Time Off (including time off between Christmas and the New Year along with a floating holiday)
  • Paid leave (including parental leave and bereavement)
  • Paid volunteer time off program
  • Collaborative team environment

Giving Back

Paid Volunteer Time Off

In 2022, PharPoint announced a new Volunteer Time Off Program (VTO) for our employees.

We’re grateful to have teammates who are dedicated not only to helping clients bring forth innovative and life-changing new therapies but who are passionate about giving back to their own communities.

Supporting non-profits

Each December, the team at PharPoint organizes an annual end-of-year campaign to support local non-profits. Explore some of the past campaigns we’ve supported:
