  • As a Prospective Client, this information comes from contact request forms.
  • As a Client Participant, this information comes from the Client and from your use of medical devices.

As a Client, we may collect:

  • Information provided by you such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing information and other details necessary to provide our services and products to you.

 

As a Prospective Client, if you submit a contact request form on our website, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and any messages you send us.

 

As a Client Participant, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number.

 

If you visit our website, we may collect:

  • Other information that does not reveal your specific identity, e.g., browser and device information, IP address, information collected through cookies and other technology, and demographic information.

We use the information we collect from Clients and Prospective Clients through submitted forms to answer inquiries and to market our products and services to you, to respond to your requests, and to provide business updates.

 

We use the personal information collected from Clients and Prospective Clients to provide you with opportunities to learn about services that we believe may be of interest to you.

 

We use the personal information collected from Client Participants to conduct studies and clinical trials for Clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.

 

We use the information we collect from our website users to evaluate how you move around different sections of our website for analytics purposes, to understand how you use our website so we can make it more intuitive, and to improve the design and functionality of our online platforms.

 

We use the record of the pages on our website that you have clicked on to target advertising to you that is relevant to your interests which we have identified based on your website activity.

 

We use the information we collect from our website to provide career information and for

recruitment purposes.

 

How we may share your personal information

We may share your personal information as described in this Notice or with your permission.

 

  • Business Partners, Vendors, and Service Providers: We may share information we receive with our business partners, vendors, and service providers.  We have executed appropriate contracts with our business partners, vendors and service partners that prohibit them from using or sharing your personal information except as necessary to perform the contracted services on our behalf or to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Personal information we collect in the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland is transferred to us in the United States where our staff, our servers and our service providers are located.  We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard the transfer of your information outside the EU, the UK and Switzerland.

 

How long we may keep your personal information

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active; as needed to provide you products or services; as needed for the purposes outlined in this Notice or at the time of collection; as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g. to honor opt outs), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements; or to the extent permitted by law.  We do not retain personal information after it no longer serves the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized.  At the end of the retention period, we will delete your personal information in a manner designed so that it cannot be reconstructed or read.

You can opt-out of receiving promotional or marketing communications from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email communications we send.  If you or your organization are a Client, we will still send you non-promotional communications, like study related emails.

 

Your Rights

You have the right:

  • To know if we are collecting, using or sharing your information and to request access to this information.
  • To request that we correct your information if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • To ask us to erase your information if
    • Your information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, used or shared.
    • You withdraw the consent on which the collection, use or sharing is based.
    • You object to the collection, use or sharing and there is no overriding legitimate interest for continuing the collection, use or sharing.
    • You object to the collection, use or sharing of your information for direct marketing purposes.
    • Your information was unlawfully collected, used or shared.
    • Your information has to be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.
    • Your information was collected in order to offer online services to children.
  • To obtain from us a restriction on the collection, use or sharing or your information if
    • You contest the accuracy of your information
    • You have objected to the collection, use or sharing based on legitimate interest and we are considering whether our or a third-party’s legitimate interest ground overrides your interest.
    • The collection, use or sharing is unlawful, and you oppose erasure and request that use be restricted instead.
    • We no longer need your information, but you require your information to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
