Ann Trace, BS, ME, joins PharPoint Research as Director of Quality Assurance

PharPoint Research, an award-winning and client-focused contract research organization (CRO), welcomes Ann Trace, BS, ME, as their new Director of Quality Assurance.

Ms. Trace is an accomplished professional in the clinical research industry, with more than 12 years of experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

“Ann shares the common-sense approach to quality we have here at PharPoint, and will integrate well within the organization, representing both QA and PharPoint with our clients, vendors, and internal teams,” said Art Holmes, President and CEO of PharPoint Research.

Ms. Trace joins PharPoint from a CRO that specializes in oncology, neurology/CNS, and infectious disease. There, she managed the QA and training departments and oversaw the QA audit program.

Throughout her career, Ms. Trace has provided quality oversight, regulatory consulting, guidance and compliance support for Phase 1 to Phase 4 clinical trials.

Ms. Trace maintains a membership within the North Carolina Chapter Society of Quality Assurance, and has her Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
