Hannah L.’s path to PharPoint began as an undergraduate student studying Clinical Research at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. During her senior year, she joined the PharPoint team as a Data Management intern, balancing both coursework and her real-world project work through her senior year before graduating in spring 2025.
Now a Project Team Associate within the Clinical Operations team, Hannah has carried many of the skills she developed in data management into her current role.
“My understanding of data has helped me recognize how important accuracy is in maintaining study quality,” she shares. “It has also helped me better understand data management terminology and follow study communications in my PTA role.”
She is proud of how much she has grown over the last year, and she continues to embrace new challenges every day. For others new to the industry, she shares the following advice: “Always be open to taking on new tasks, opportunities, and challenges. Every opportunity is a chance to learn, grow, and develop new skills.”
Outside of work, Hannah spends her time with Stella, her six-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer; exploring antique stores; spending time at the beach; and planning her upcoming wedding.
