Brianna has worked in quality for over 7 years across various industries, building a background in quality record ownership, vendor management, inspection performance, audit preparation, and technical writing.

As a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Associate at PharPoint, that skillset shows up in her work on vendor quality, where she hosts and documents risk assessment meetings, sends vendor questionnaires, and maintains vendor quality-related trackers. From there, she will transition into quality records, with focus on the oversight and management of QEs, CAPAs, and deviations. Recently, she has been assisting with hosting sponsor audits and RMC duties.

“I appreciate and enjoy the flexibility and consideration that PharPoint offers to employees,” Brianna shares. “It is very evident to me that employees are valued here. I feel as though I have been given the tools and support to be successful.”

What she values most about working in QA is the vantage point it gives her. “My favorite aspect of working in QA is the opportunity to interact with each department,” she explains. “I feel as though my position has provided me with a holistic view of the company and has proven to be a great introduction to the CRO realm.”

She’s also candid about how QA is often perceived: “Generally, I think QA requests can seem like an impediment to a process. In reality, the intention is to ensure that processes are set up for success and performed in a compliant manner.”

Outside the office, Brianna loves travelling and is working her way around the globe with a goal to travel to every U.S. state and continent. So far, she has roughly 20 states and 3 continents left on her list to visit.
