Originally interested in programming, Hunter has discovered he enjoys working with hardware and troubleshooting even more. Since joining PharPoint, he has continued to sharpen his skills in Windows troubleshooting, Windows product support, and PowerShell scripting – including a project he’s especially proud of: a time-saving script that helped organize and file hundreds of documents.
Hunter loves working with his team where he is surrounded by some great minds. He also appreciates that he gets to learn something new every day. In fact, one of the biggest lesson’s he’s learned along the way is “clearing the browser cache and rebooting computers can solve many problems.”
Outside of work, Hunter’s chasing two bucket-list adventures, hoping to one day hike a fourteener (for the uninitiated – a mountain peak that is at least 14,000 feet high) and dive a shipwreck.
His advice to students interested in pursuing a career in tech, in clinical research or otherwise, his advice is straightforward: explore internships!
